HONG KONG DELIVERY
Delivery Service is free for purchases HK$600 or above at Baby Star’s website. Purchase net value below HK$600 will incur a HK$100 delivery fee.
• Service area include: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
• Delivery service is not available for: Outlying Island (Lamma Island and Cheung Chau) & Closed areas (Lo Wu, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau)
• Delivery service is based on one single destination only per order
• Under normal circumstances, the product will be delivered within 2-10 working days (subject to the stock availability)
• Delivery date and time are determined by the Baby Star
Special Charges on below area / condition:
• Mid-Level (call us to confirm): HK$200
• Tung Chung: HK$140
• Stanley: HK$200
• Discovery Bay: HK$260
Buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases: HK$60 per floor and per item will be charged. Customer is responsible to declare this special arrangement upon the order. The special charges will be collected upon the delivery.
MACAU DELIVERY
Delivery fee of HK$100 will be charged to any delivery address in Macau. Goods will only be delivered to the ground floor of the delivery address. Customer is entitled to pick up the goods.
The delivery service will arrange shipping to the Macau pier within 3-7 working days from the purchase date or order modification. Upon arrival in Macau, it will take approximately 2-3 working days for the goods to be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the building's ground floor for collection, and no upstairs delivery service is available.
GERENAL TERMS OF HONG KONG AND MACAU DELIVERY
• We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered as soon as possible after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be contacted and given an indication of the expected delivery date via phone or WhatsApp by our customer service.
• Orders with multiple items may not be split into different deliveries, arriving separately.
• Delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Baby Star will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.
• In the case that the customer would like to postpone the delivery date, please contact our customer service before placing the order.
• You need to sign the receipt when the products are received and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the order by Baby Star. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.
• No delivery services shall be available when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, or such other weather condition whereby the pick-up services is considered unsafe, Baby Star will contact customer to make the relevant arrangements.
• Baby Star reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Baby Star is final and binding.
SELF PICK-UP
Alternatively, you may choose to collect the products ordered by you at our distribution center in Hong Kong.

• The customer shall present the Sales order invoice upon the collection at our centre. We may need further information to verify the identity of the customer (such as personal information of the customer).
• The customer must sign off the receipt with indication of pick-up date.
• You need to sign the receipt when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by Baby Star. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.
